Definitely!!!! We are getting rain today. Yesterday was a beautiful Fall day!!!! We are about a month from first Frost, 9 October. My large Farmer buddy started shelling corn yesterday.

It's a Love/Hate relationship for me. Love Fall. Hate Winter. :)

I said you could "wait and see" and would find out I was right....and I was proven right long before now.

I don't have to prove anything, ....

Then...why bother posting at all? Unless you really do have something to prove.

I don't have a horse in this race. I don't care if TYM or Daedong or anyone buys Kukje (Branson).

All I want is for the brand to stay alive, and the parts & dealer networks to remain.

THAT is what is really important..... none of this childish nonsense matters.

Sorry, but I don't get why posters are getting so worked up about this. Rob called it, it appears to be true. If it plays out, it will be a good thing for two brands with parts and distribution issues. It seems like a win win to me for Branson-Tym owners.

That's kind of what I'm thinking.
They both have a lot of good things going for them.
Neither one could ever really reach the position in the industry that the two could potentially reach working together.
I think it would be a good thing.

I completely agree, man I love the fall but it doesn't last.

Ok. So, yes kukje was purchased by TYM and the aforementioned companies. Before everyone starts panicking let's look at some reasons here why not to panic. Branson is not going anywhere, parts are going to be available and continue to be available. Branson is very valuable And has been climbing the charts since it's conception in the US in1998. I think (my opinion) this will help the Branson line tremendously as they will have greater resources to accomplish greater products. Perhaps future additions to their tractor line with even greater technology. The company I'm concerned about is Mahindra as I've heard they were in the black. I'd write more, but this is from my phone and it takes too long to write. So maybe another day.

I doubt that it matters.
TYM will acquire all assets and liabilities - presumably that will include warranty obligations and the need for ongoing support of dealers with parts and documentation - patents, manufacturing facilities, expertise/knowledge, etc.

At some high level it is a "corporate ownership" thing, at the local parts counter probably not much changes
...maybe a few signs change, different names on the calendars that they hand out, different pin-ups, etc.

Is TYM still buying engines from Yanmar, Mitsubishi, etc.?

If so, the Kukje (Cummins) engine line will be very beneficial to have across their lines.
