I just read something that even with high interest rates the housing market is still good. Unsure on business loans. Still it has a pretty interesting history and the falls are amazing to view in my experience.

We've been to the falls several times. I always wondered what was on the other side from the public park side. Now I know. Thanks.2 gauge rr for sale and a tour boat. The more financially fortunate and highly motivated ones can own both in the U.P. lol.

This video shows a coal yard that loads ocean freighters in Seattle WA. Three minuets in show cars being dumped and you can clearly see the cars rotator coupler in action and its air connection stays.

Really nice video and full of great information about the LS&I dock in Marquette MI built in 1910 and largely unchanged today.
