Price Check Price check on JD 4120

Hello all. I am brand new to this forum and would like some input. I am looking at a 2006 4120 Ehydro w/ 400x FEL w/hd bucket. It is a 2006 w/ 256 hours. I have been looking for several months and found this one for $19k at a local dealer. From looking on machinefinder, it seems like a fairly good deal, I just want to be sure before I drop that kind of money. I am pretty clueless as far as buying, and specifics but I have been on tractors quite a bit, but this will be the first one that I owned.

hi! that does sound like a pretty fair deal to me. you might want to also look on tractorhouse.com to compare prices to similar tractors such as the one you're considering.

Thanks RollingsFarms, I looked on Tractorhouse and it seems like a good deal compared to what is on there as well. It is a real clean piece of equipment.

Well, I picked it up last Saturday and I absolutely love it! It was a little light in the rear so I put a 6' box blade and it is a little better. I figured out real quick it's got more power than weight. I figure I can add weight to the blade rather than fill the tires. I want to be able to go light when I want, then just add more ballast when I need to. I love the E-hydro too, so much easier than shuttle shift.
