Went out to look at this and everything checks out, looks like a solid machine. Looks like the price is right too. He is asking $14,000. Thoughts?
Runs and operates excellent
L3430 model
35 horsepower diesel
3 range hydro trans with cruise control
This is a big frame tractor
Loader will lift about 2000 pounds
And 3pt will lift 2650 lbs
Only 931 hours
2 or 4 wheel drive
6 ft quick detach bucket

If you are paying for it that could be a good deal. If you are financing it may be difficult. Last year I looked at a well cared for 2004 L3400 geared tractor with comparable hours and condition. He wouldn't go below $13,000 and my CU book said that it was only valued at 10100.
I could have made up the difference but at the time had also gotten prices from 3 dealers on a 2017 L3301 geared for $20000 out the door, and just couldn't justify the price.

They are a nice tractor;I owned a L3130 HST(purchased new in 2004) similarly equipped.I paid about $16,500 so they sure hold their value.
