Yes dealer would have them one piece as an assembly

Someone either stuck a pry bar in there trying to line up the loader or something? OR they thought that cross tube was a good place to wrap a chain (to pull something or tie down)....and not paying attention they got behind the hydraulic tubes.

Ok same difference, they still don’t come apart.

I'd replace them because they look ugly and beat up. I've seen some pretty beat up hydraulic tubing in industrial machinery that's lasted for years and never caused any performance issues or heat buildup.
