OVERLOOKED ZERKS!!!

I took delivery of 2002 TC40DA SS several months ago. I bought the lincoln rechargable grease gun and hit the loader zerks every time out and the others I can see often enough I think. I did not get a manual with it and wondered if I'm missing zerks underneath that I'm not aware of. I can easily get under tractor on concrete floor of new storage building if I know what I'm searching for. Any help would be appreciated.

The best thing you can do is get an owners manual for it because there will be more questions down the road for sure.

I had a 16la model it had two more than you could see when you took off the loader it was where the mid hook up was on the loader arm.The book said to grease 1 or 2 times a year. I guess the 17la has them also? Someone else with a 17la key on this one.

I did get an owners manual w/ my 24d but in regard to lube points it was rather generic (one manual fits numerous). All listed in the manual didnt actually exist on my machine. It did give some very rough idea where they might be IF they existed in reality. In the end it worked out just about as well to examine the underside of the machine at length. I think I found all exc a couple and the manual gave some clues where they might be. The manual was great for a lot of things but lube pts wasnt one of them.

There are 12 SS zerks that require grease every 50 hours, and if you have the skid steer system, your loader should have 14 (can't remember the loader # for certain now...but SS is definitely 12).

On my DX29, there are about half a dozen zerks more or less under the operators platform for the various pedals and shafts. Some of them are pretty inconspicuous unless you know where to look.

I guess something to think about is if it rotates, flexes, pivots, there is probably a zerk nearby to keep it that way.
