Rear Finish Mower Opinions on Land Pride AT2660

I'm looking at buying a lightly used AT2660 rear mower, 60" for mowing grass lawns and paths through the woods on our property. Our property is somewhat rocky but I usually clear the paths of rock before mowing.

Anyone have any feedback on that specific mower or my planned uses for a finish mower in general?

We have used finish mowers in that manner quite successfully for many years, but I am not familiar with that model.
