Nortrac Foton 35 hp Transmission help??

Thank you to all....I checked for weeds or wire wound around the mower, but it was free turning and clean (I smelled the belt rubber burn smell). I even removed the pto shaft thinking it was the mower binding up. By rolling the tractor backward, it made the problem go away.
