New M7040 owner

After a few years of dithering, I finally took the plunge and purchased an M7040HD with LA1153 FEL, a scd remote, a fd remote and a third valve.

The only attachment is a 10" Shaver post driver with hydraulic control (my wife needs lots of 4-plank horse fencing).

I would like to thank all the members here for all their invaluable advice and comments. For a long time lurker like me, it was a very important source of information.

Lastly, is there an easy way to search the member directory for other M?040 owners?

Onymous: congrat on yur purchase, know you'll love it. those engines are awesome along with the power train. just do a search on that model in the forum and you'll come up with lots of threads. There's a "glowplug" member I think that has one too. but you must send images, right off the factory line then working in the field. bb

Some of the hydraulic extras are on order. Dealer estimates delivery to me by Thursday, 4/16/09. I'll be posting pictures when it arrives.

I also have been a long time lurker on this site. Last fall I purchased a new
M7040 with loader and backhoe. I'm sure you will be as happy with yours as I am with mine. I would like to thank the folks here at TBN they have been a wealth of information.

Here are the photos of the new arrival. I've driven one post so far and moved a half dozen bucket-fulls of compost. I'm ordering a Markham Grapple on Monday (the posts are HEAVY).
