Kubota L45 TLB
So, after figuring out the limits of my B2650 TLB I decided to go ahead and trade up to something that will hopefully suite my needs and stubbornness. Also wanted to get one of these before they were all gone, as it doesn't have any emissions where the L47 that is replacing the L45 has the DPF and could result in costly repairs down the road, not to mention the extra $7k more it costs over the L45 right now.

The dealer came up today to do the swap, still waiting on a grapple to arrive but I can go get the with my pickup when it arrives.

Only things that I wish were different would be the quick attach on the backhoe is the wedge and bolt but would rather the pin style. And I had the factory rear remotes installed but they don't have a float position which I would like for a top and tilt. It shouldn't be too hard to add a second valve set to control the top and tilt since the lines are already run to the factory valves now (I think...)

It even fits where the B2650 resided.

Congratulations on the new machine. Why don't you like the wedge style quick attach?I made the quick attach for my L45 backhoe and chose the wedge style because there is no play in it when tightened.I think the other style would have to have some play in it which would only get worse with more hours.I don't like backhoes with a lot of sloppiness. Some people say the wedges come loose but I have never had that problem yet.It really doesn't take long to change buckets, maybe five minutes.

Any chance you could post detailed pictures of the rear remotes? I want to add a set to my l45 and I need some inspiration.

Good point, just liked the idea of no tools needed to change buckets, I'm sure the more you do it the fast and easier it will get.
