I am new to the Forum but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I have a N/H TS115a Deluxe that the Parking cable froze and had the brakes dragging so I unhooked and have been running it until the new one comes in but then the tractor started jumping out of gear about every 30 foot you can push clutch and put it right back in gear and it will go about another 30ft but if you keep your foot on clutch petal with clutch petal pressed about an inch it will run and not come out of gear at all.

Trying to understand this. Does your TS115A not have the 16 speed power shift transmission? Ours does and I believe it has an electric over hydraulic clutch so the clutch is either engaged or disengaged - no possibility to feather the clutch. Assume yours must be a different setup as on ours partial clutch movement will not do anything.
