New Holland tl70 not driving forward

[New to tractor]

Purchased 2000 New Holland Tl70 back in the summer for small holding. Started not wanting to drive forward when you start the tractor. Like it has no power in forward gears. Reverse is normal. Will drive forward if rev up. Can hold the tractor by breaking in forward but not in reverse. Currently feeding bales as normal.
Diagnosis?
Price?
Will it stay working until Spring?
Based in Ireland.

That era should have the shuttle lever on the floor next to the seat, dry clutch and synchro shuttle. Might be something faulty on the forward side of the shuttle.

I don't think the powershuttle (column shift) was available then unless you had it in Europe well before we did.
