New holland L555

So I bought a new holland skid steer for 500 bucks the engine runs great but it won't move it tries to move a little bit but that's it the boom or bucket won't do anything.. I put new filters but the fluid looks a little milky.. I only put : gallons is that enough?? Thanks for your advice in advance
