New holland 3930 engine transplant from a ford 4400?

Does anyone know if the engine from a 4000 series 1970 ford fit a 3930 new Hollander tractor. They appear similar?

I would look closely at the parts diagrams. Looks like the front of the engines is similar. I cannot determine if the bell housings are the same or not.

It might work. Most likely no one on here has done what your proposing. Keep us posted on what you do.
