New app for ballast box

Today I needed to drop down into the woods to get more pallets of dry wood. Normally unstack the pallets that are two high, using the FEL. But didn't want to drop the snow plow and dig out the frozen-in FEL and mount it, just to get 6 pallets of wood.

Toyed with the idea of adding weight to the snowplow, and decided to try hanging the ballast box out in front for weight.

Actually, with just a short 2x4 and a loop of log chain, picked up the ballast box and quickly had 6 pallets of dry wood out of the woods for a few more weeks of heat.

Surprising what we can accomplish when we think outside the (ballast) box....Wish my terrain was smooth enough to carry stacked pallets like that. I'd wind up with a trail of wood 300' long.....
