Mowing Most Inexpensive Solution For Lawn Mowing

I have been mulling around the idea of a second Mahindra for taking care of the lawn. My John Deere rider is giving me fits and I see an engine rebuild in the future. So what would be the most inexpensive Mahindra option using a 3 point finish mower? Any deals going right now?

Depending on the size of the 3-point finish mower you'd want, I'll bet that 1815HST would be awfully dang sweet!!!

Or is that a little too low on PTO HP???

I run a 5 foot finish mower on my 2015 gear. Works fantastic. All my mowing is long straight runs with no stopping, so the non-live PTO is no big deal. But I imagine the 2015 HST would do just as well.

Now I'm not sure what I said in this thread to deserve any particular note or reference... ...but I think Tim's idea is not unreasonable at all. The fact is that even my mere 41HP Beast is kinda big for several applications. And Tim's 6500 4WD makes mine look like a toy.

I think we should both get little brother machines... although I still want mine to come with a loader.
