Thanks to Lockport for the tip on how to do this. I needed a seperate circut (key on hot) for my 3rd function build.
Step one is to remove the entire fuse block for the mounts. There are twp Phillips head screws with lock nut and washer. Remove these and the block will come free so it is easy to work on. Step two is to remove the two female fuse clips. To do this you need to flatten the two tabs along the side. This makes it easy to attache the wires. The second fuse down is fo the lights. It is fed by a large wair that has a jumper bar to make several additions in line hot. You will see this bar once you have the block free.

One of the female fuse holders out. Not tabs on the side that need to be flatten for removal

Back of fuse block befor jumper wire installed

Complleated installation with jumper wire and new line out.
