Mahindra 2810 Crack in Knuckle Arm?

Own a 2810 Mahin dra noticed when greasing the knuckle steering arm grease shooting out a hair line crack on both the left and right knuckle arms on each side of the tractor is that crack supposed to be there or is it damage thanks? Have a photo both from a distance and close up.

I'm not an expert on Mahindra tractors but don't believe you have to be because the grease is not suppose to come out of a crack, it should be going down to steering joint .

You see the arc that's where the grease is oozing out and its on thee left side as well currently. It steer fine no problems but noticed it when greasing both sides today.

If it is a crack? How long will it hold up and how much to repair $$$$ thanks?

Oh man, that can't be good! I would suggest you go ahead and replace them asap, before one of them fails completely and causes more damage to other components. I would show these pics to a Mahindra rep and see what they have to say about it. I bet it's something they've already seen before, and if so, getting them to admit it might be hard to do.

Is that where two castings or forgings are pressed together? The "cracks" look very regular to be a break, esp on both sides. Definitely check with the dealer svc dept. it's wrong in any case. How old is the machine?
