Another update the local JD factory rep called he suggested getting the information to the dealer that sold the tractor to me.That dealer could contact his counterpart in his area for support. I did send copies of the invoice with all the work described in detail as well as pictures of the opened area showing the possibility of substandard sealing at the factory. Here's hoping they will do something.

Update, nice looking tractor had a antifreeze leak, (the owner was not telling me the truth) had it on Friday 10 days ago has been in the JD dealer shop ever since. Found out the leak was between the timing chain cover and the engine block.

I had the same problem on a 4320 after putting about 150 hrs on it but it was fixed under JD warranty.
Should also add that it is a great compact utility tractor and wish you the best of luck with warranty coverage. IMO, JD warranty is one of the best in the business (my experience).

Good News the dealer that I bought the tractor from has been in contact with his service rep. He emailed me telling me a check will be coming from JD and when the dealer gets it he will send me a check. YAHOO!!

Just a quick update I did get the money as promised. JD and the dealer stepped up and paid more than I expected.
