Update, nice looking tractor had a antifreeze leak, (the owner was not telling me the truth) had it on Friday 10 days ago has been in the JD dealer shop ever since. Found out the leak was between the timing chain cover and the engine block. They had to split the tractor in two, front wheels and radiator separated from the rest of the tractor.
Took the oil pan off to clean up the area to reseal, also replaced the water pump. Even though the tractor warranty expired the local JD dealer said he felt JD would back the repair by picking up a portion of the costs due to the drive train warranty just passing the expiration date. JD told the dealer they would not pick up any of the costs. I am now waiting for customer assistance to review the decision. My feeling is come on a tractor with 204 hours the dealer taking photos of the poor job that was done at the time of assembly (missing areas of seal on block) should merit some relief from John Deere. I am waiting for the decision should know in 2 days. Total cost for the repair including water pump $1280.00 Ouch!

While looking at your pictures, it seemed that there was evidence of leakage in the area near the oil filter. Streak on the rearward plastic shield for one. I had leakage from the coolant lines in that area on my 4120. It's an 05 as well.
Now I read your newer post about the timing leak. While I'd think that Deere would step up and cover this, I don't recall ever hearing of them doing any goodwill repairs.
FWIW, you might want to make JD corporate aware of how badly you intend to wreck them in forums such as this if they refuse to aid in covering the cost. Just calmly explain that you will make it your life's mission to be sure they never sell another tractor... That alone should be worth it.
I hope they take care of you.

Try and find out if Deere had a "Fix as found" silent recall campaign for the leak problem.

That's how I got them to cover pickup and delivery of my rig when leaking battery acid ate through the oil cooler lines causing a massive hydraulic leak.

When I had to rebuild my front axle out of warranty (three years old) with similar low hours Deere split the cost 50/50.

Just for perspective, based on all the work described, I thought the $1280 sounded like a reasonable amount. I remember getting quoted $1000 to get a new flywheel and stator put into my little old 318 some years ago. Of course, that's when I learned how to put in a new flywheel and stator...

I hope the a-hole seller of this tractor gets some form of retribution, even if just a nice pleasant  phone call.

So Far the JD dealer did point out that JD has changed the sealant to use in a repair a tech service bulletin mentioned the change. It makes sense the sealant used dries to a rigid state the new sealant stays flexible you have a cast iron engine block and a cast aluminum timing chain cover both have different expansion coefficient from what I understand making a rigid seal much harder to do it's job. I have heard from JD they are looking into my case. We will see.

I also had a coolant leak between the front cover and the engine block. The dealer had repaired the leak once but it still leaked.I just fixed the problem myself and used a sealant that is sold by International truck parts for sealing oil pans to engine blocks. The sealant works great but you need to make sure to clean the surface very well before applying the sealant.
