Anyone done theirs yet? At the 800 hour mark and that is what the books says. Not looked to much at it but the injection lines go into the cover I think. How hard is it?

Hi Tom, well if you are familiar to adjusting valves on other engines isnt not harder then that. If you remove fuel lines you need to get air out before you start the engine. By saying this I havnt read the service manuel yet for my 7040. You will have a bleedpump on diesel engines. It could be so that you need to bleed the fuel lines, but it could be so that you dont have to. But its pretty straight forward job bleeding the system for air.Anyone done theirs yet?
