Looking for my grandfather's 1954 Allis Chalmers CA (Maine)

This is a long shot, but I just found a tax receipt with the Model, year, and serial numbers.

The tractor was originally in Scarborough, ME and sold in the 1980s. My grandfather was the original owner.

I went to PA and brought about 25 B, C and CA tractors to Fl.
Your Grandpa's CA could be anywhere if it still exists!

I would think it is probably in the state still, perhaps within a 100 mile radius of your grandpa's farm

Yes, it certainly would.

Somebody recently has been advertising to find a rifle they sold in the 1960's. I can't imagine how that will work out for them.
