YES...and it was SINCE IT WAS JUST DIAGNOSED TODAY...Shifter boots were cracked and replaced, PTO cable had come out of the bracket, reinstalled and tightened the cable, adjusted the PTO clutch and the clutch on the tractor. Repair cost $235.09 including pick up and delivery by the dealer. Thanks everyone for the opinions, offers of help and last but not least your patience.

glad to hear its. fixed Interesting failure mode but could have been much worse.
