Morning...I have a 2000 model L3010 HST with a Woods front end loader. I have hydraulic fluid leaking from the loader controller right under the joystick where the steel rod moves in and out. It is the rod that moves in the up/down motions of the loader. My guess is an o-ring is bad but I don't know about this stuff. Does this sound like something that I could fix myself by removing the joystick and replacing the o-ring or should I take it somewhere. I am pretty mechanically inclined so I am not afraid of it but I don't have much experience with tractors or hydraulics. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the schemtaic from kubotabooks.com and fix it yourself. If you are mechanically inclined, these valves should be no issue as they are pretty simple, IMHO.
