Kubota RTV 1100 where is the serial #

Hello im looking at buying a used 1100 kubota .....
2 questions..... where is the serial number on these units?

Do they make a factory style winch for these units?
Guess im asking do they make a hidden type winch rather than the aftermarkets i see mounted on the bumper....
