Kioti DK45SE HST Hydraulics Question

Morning everyone, hoping someone can answer the following. We are looking to purchase a specialized piece of vineyard equipment (hedger)that will require installation of a special mounting plate on the front of the tractor. The equipment dealer has asked several questions that I don't know and when I call the dealership (tractors are not their main business, I know lesson learned the hard way) they have no idea as well...so lets try here instead.

I already know the tractor hydraulic specs are 9.9 Gal capacity, 16.8 GPM flow rate.

The questions are as follows:

1. How many hydraulic valve?
2. Pressure free return line?
3. Hydraulic flow control?


Also any idea what the maximum weight is we can put on the front end of the tractor?

I am no expert so hopefully others will chime in

The tractor should have one set of remotes on the rear from the factory, more can be added if needed.

It does not have a pressure free return line but many people dump directly into the fill hydraulic fill port which decreases the restriction on the return flow.

As for flow control the rear remotes have a lever to turn them on and off but I don't know of an easy way to control the GPM.

The KL401 loader is rated for around #2700 at the pin. I wouldn't want to drive around with near that amount of weight all day long.


Could you post the specs of the machine, that might help others direct you.
