Kioti ck3520 working light, stereo and cabin light issue.

I have a Ck3520 under warranty that I'm hoping to avoid taking in. Only 120hrs, garage kept and 2024 Dec purchase.

I've inspected and applied dielectric grease to the wiring harness connections and no signs of corrosion. The fuses are all good from my inspection.

I've taken the roof off and checked multiple relays that all click normally with a 9v battery.

Could anyone confirm which relays control the cabin, stereo and work lights and their location.

There's two relays with yellow stickers I haven't tested but the service manual is kind of unclear which relay relates to what.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have near identical tractor, CK2620 and I am having the exact same issue. First my cabin light and stereo went out. Then I noticed my working lights stopped working. Now my battery is dead every morning. Alternator is putting out 18V which seems a bit high but it is charging the battery. I don't know if you have noticed this same symptom but I noticed sometimes when I turn my headlights on, I can't turn them off. They do go off when I shut the tractor off. Also, I could have sworn another time that the instrument cluster lights came on with the headlight switch, but again they would not shut off. I have 15 hours and I would rather fix myself as well. My service manual has been on order for several months. I am hoping it is just a bad ground somewhere or a loose relay.

On my dk45 the relay for the working lights is in the side support of the cab, on drivers right. Im not sure if the ck series is the same. My cabin light and radio dont use relays. They use a fuse in cabin fuse box behind seat
