I have the K3M engine service manual in PDF. Just have to know the model you got.

I have no detailed instructions. When adjusting valves on my Mitsubishi I'd turn the engine over to the point of minimum or no pressure on intake and exhaust rockers. I know it can be more time consuming that way but that way I was sure it was done right, especially after rotating it through again for a double check. I'm not in a production shop and I'm retired so I can afford to go slowly and do it once.
