Jinma 204 and 6.5 ft disk

I'm looking at one of the tractors from Northern Equipment. Right now I'm looking at the 204 (20 hp 4wd) with a front loader. The hardest work I'll have for the tractor is pulling a 6.5 ft tandem gang 3pt disk. I only use it a couple of times in the spring getting a 100 ft x 100 ft garden area worked up after plowing it. The soil has some clay but is not too heavy. Will the 204 have enough power & weight for this? I called Northern and they said it should be fine but I would like to hear from some actual owners. Thanks in advance for any help

I don't see any significant problem with the harrow. But it begs the question, are you planning to PLOW with the 204 as well?

Thanks for the reply. I have another tractor for the plow (1950's JD) so it's not an issue today. But could the 204 pull a single bottom (14 inch) 3pt plow?

I think the jinma will pull the disc fine. I would have said might be light in front, but the loader takes care of that. 4wd will be nice for the disc.

Your machine, while not a 'plowin' fool' will pull a 1 bottom fine. ( 1-14" ) Heck... Farmall cubs ( 11-14 hp ) pulled 1 bottoms reasonable well... probably 1-12"

You are just shy of having enough HP for a 2-14 or a 2-12.. but you should do fine with 20hp, and 4wd on a 1-14" or middle buster, or subsoiler, etc.

Might not even need a plow depending on soil... disc and box w/ rippers may do it.

100x100 will be easy..
