Not sure where the adjustment would be. Used the bush hog and the PTO doesn't seem to slip. But I have to keep my foot on the pedal
to keep it engaged, there is no going "over center" so to speak. Is the adjusment in the pedal, or in the clutch housing?

Thanks
David

Here is schematic of the foot pedal, and looks like there is adj. on the rod with clevis and lock nut. (key 16, 17, 18)

Got it so it snaps in, the rod needed adjusted longer. The test will be in a couple weeks when I bush hog again.

Thanks.

Remember when you do any ignition maintenance/repair on your old JD 2 cylinder that unlike every other engine in the world - on a two cylinder the FLYWHEEL side is on the opposite side from the CLUTCH side.
Which means our Flywheels on the JD530 and JD630 is on the LEFT, Clutch on the RIGHT.

So the @&?#1 spark plug!! is on the LEFT, and #2 is on the RIGHT.

Don't ask me how I know. I'm ordering a new muffler today.
