Can you add some weights to the front like the tractor pullers use? a couple hundred pounds mounted out front 3 or 4 feet would do wonders ,--kinda in the way but IF it does the job,---- might be worth trying.

In post #9 the OP says that 260 gallons of water is pretty near to balancing the 3pt load versus the tractor weight.
Since it's in equilibrium with 260 galons in the tote, summing the moments around the rear axle will enable him to find the apparent weight on the front end.
Then he can redo the calculation to adjust for the 60 gallons removed. That will give the new downforce on the front just the same as adding that much weight.
