JD 450C will not start after normal operation and normal shutdown

Thank you for the information. Where is this located? Where does the shift lever connect with that chain of parts? How do you get to the Neutral Safety Switch?

As I previously stated my knowledge of JD ind equipment is limited but I have many yrs experience looking up JD parts. My guess is arm(key 22) is located on RH side of trans case.
