JD 2030 gas engine tractor overheat and shutdown

The parts have already been thrown at it so it's too late. Yes this is a classic example of a couple of amateurs throwing money at the problem and are still left with the problem

Problem finally found when my friend took his tractor to the dealer. The fuel solonoid on the carb had a loose connection, was shorting out and then tripping the cb that some of you mentioned. This just shut the machine down until cb cooled. Good thing we threw parts at it first!
