I have JD 110 TLB And I am looking for 3 point factory assembly but understand its not available. Will a JD green line 3 point work or what is the best after market available?

Who told you the factory kit wasn't available? Deere is very good at keeping parts available for a very long time.
I priced the kit in the summer and it was in the price range of $800 from the dealer. Try the JDparts website and add it to your cart. It should show you the price and you then should be able to have the dealer quote it.

Thank 's Matt, I was at my local JD heavy duty equipment dealer today they looked it up and stated that JD removed most of the 110 equipment and accessories from production and warehouse. They told me to contact my local JD Green guys and try that route. So unless I try like you are recommending and look it up for myself they said it is no longer available as a packaged kit but possibly individual pieces at twice the price.

Sounds like your dealer isn't to interested in the sale. Visit a Green dealer, the kit price wasn't any cheaper than buying pieces individually.

I asked my yellow dealer the same question 10 days ago... the parts manager said he would get a quote out to me...

Hadn't heard anything so I called back and they are still working on it.

Just a note: The hydraulic set is number LVB25340 (top n tilt) the standard set is number LVB24858
