Is this kubota priced right?

I've been driving by this Kubota for a couple of years and it looked like a well set up machine for what the owner was using it for. It recently got parked on the front lawn with a for sale sign on it so curiosity got the better of me and I stopped tonight to see what the story was.
It is: A 2007 Kubota L3400 DT with 243 hours on it . 4WD with rear diff lock. R1 tires loaded and like new. Manual transmission. Quick attach bucket on a 2540 loader. It all looks appropriate for the hours. Asking price is $14,500 . What do you think?

My mistake. End of a long day and it didn't occur to me that any one here would be jerk enough to call the guy in the middle of the night. The tractor is the wrong color for me and I have a new bigger one so thought that the price conversation could be interesting and someone here might find a bargain.
