How to remove cutter bars on a Case SCX 100 pull type mower IF they're stuck

Hi Everyone
I'm trying to replace the 2 cutter bars and they seem to be stuck. Any suggestions?

With the old grass, rust and corrosion I’m guessing those are removed with the old junk yard socket set......cutting torch.
