I would like to know if there is a mechanical way bolt the loader arm to the tractor because I do not plan to take it off the tractor. Thanks for your help.

Just out of curiosity whats your thoughts on making it permanent instead of keeping it removable. Is it because of the loose fit on the quick connect mount? My 420 loader had a pretty loose fit and I was able to tighten it up by putting shims between the mount and loader arms.

If you really wanted to make it permanent you could probably weld the arms to the mounting arms but I wouldn't recommend because you would have to most likely cut the welds if you ever wanted to remove the loader.

If you have fabrication and welding capabilities you can make inner/outer mounting plates with mating tapped holes and weld the set to the factory mount and boom. Simply bolt the front plate through the existing holes. This would allow boom removal for maintenance.
