How often do you change anti-freeze on Kubotas?

Every 3 years, or more if it's in a dusty environment.

May I ask what bearing "dusty environment" has to do with life of anti-freeze in a sealed by radiator cap cooling system?

Depends on the system, if it has a separate expansion tank that is open to atmosphere then in very heavy dust applications I can see it contaminating the system.

A lot of the newer systems have a sealed expansion system and shouldn't have any issues with dust.

Do a dc voltage check to check the condition of your antifreeze , (Google it )most of these compact tractor have a parent bore diesel engine a coolant system flush and replace with a coolant like Peak Final charge would be just fine....if you happen to have a wet sleeve engine a more robust antifreeze would be in order
