I have a John Deere 4410 with a 300X loader. My bucket is 61" inside and it has SIX holes for a cutting edge or something. I cannot seem to find ANYTHING with SIX holes. They are spaced 1.5" 12" 12" 10" 12" 12" 1.5" for 61". ANY HELP Thanks

Weld the holes up and drill new ones to fit the new leading-edge holes.

Six holes out on the cutting edge. I wouldn't worry about it. If you will be getting a hardened cutting edge or some type of tooth bar - just use any holes that match up or drill new ones. Those holes will not affect the form or function of the bucket.

If you are ordering a toothbar several of the manufacturers will cut the bar to whatever hole pattern you have, IF you follow their measuring instructions precisely and give them good info.

So it's not a hindrance, it just means if you buy something that wasn't built to go on that bucket you'll have to add some of your own holes. It would have to be pretty swiss-cheesy before i worried about closing up any old holes. Whatever cutting edge you are bolting to it is giving all the real strength to that lip of the bucket anyway.
