Then I stand corrected & humbly apologize.. I have NEVER seen a drain on a PFR style system..
If you could.. would you snap a pic of the drain & fill?? I would appreciate it..

This is one of the reasons for the short life on these pumps many people don't understand that they are not pressure fed from the engine and that they need to be refilled separately. I check the oil in the pump every time I change engine oil on my MF1010. So far so good.

Took 20 min to change mine.

Pulled fuel filter & hose > made cardboard funnel > removed drain bolt > drained > pulled fill cover > flushed a little with some random clean oil > drained > filled with 6oz of 30w and a little Lucas oil stabilizer > reinstalled cover > hooked up fuel and bled > test run.
