Good Tractor Morning,
Ct, 28 too start start going to 37. Went out for the paper at 5:15 and nothing on the ground yet.
Hopefully it warms enough here to change to rain before it even starts.

Long day at work yesterday, didn’t get out until 5. Looks like I will go back in on Thursday.

Bill, I see they put cones in front of both lanes for the asphalt, so I’m thinking that’s it for this year here.
I had to wait in line yesterday to load the truck, fortunately not long.
Today I have a random drug test scheduled for 9:30 at Quest Diagnostics. While I was in our office yesterday morning, the dispatcher was filling out the forms I need to bring for the drug test. A new question on the form was how do I identify. She asked me if I identify as Gender Queer . I told her if she checked that box not to tell my wife

Good morning, the low is 21 and going to a high of 30°F. Wind S 8 mph. 40% chance of flurries with a snow squall warning. Only got 1" over night. Not plowing that.

Today is the North Bay trip, too. Only 6 stops on this trip.

I might need to plow when I get back. That is why there are lights on the tractor.

You guys down there in the land of 'snow tires are a mere suggestion' stay safe.

Scotty, tell me how the location one parks his PP is any bodies business but their own.

Good morning tbn folks! Got a pretty normal forecast happening here and its lightly snowing now and I still haven't attached the plow to the 6x6 yet but that's a pretty fast n easy job. All the MI tech school kids are back who rent two homes on our street. Will work on the grizzly tonight getting the rear pods on and its done! So it will be loaded on the trailer for the trip to camp.

31 outside this AM, raining. Need to make a real job city trip.

Managed to get in a beer run yesterday, so the day was a success.

34 and raining. Glad it's not ice like over near Charlottesville. Should hit 42.

Brought in more firewood to fill the rack before the rain. It's disappearing fast.

Arly, that Outlander looks like it's straight from a sci-fi movie. Sharp.

Nice looking snow blower FWT. You'll be using it soon!

Went hiking in a real nice state park located by the Potomac River cliffs between George Washington's birthplace and Robert E Lee's. It's a National Historic Landmark due to all the cabins and trails built by the CCC back in the 30's. Huge trees in the forests, and fossils at the beach. Great place on a sunny cold day. Hard to believe that close to the big population of Northern Virginia/DC but no one on the trails.

Saw a beaver swimming in this pond. When we climbed down to the boat launch area, was surprised to see a guy jet skiing...no wetsuit, just jacket and pants. It was 41F.

Good morning TBN!!
34 this morning and raining. Might make 40 later with a little sun.

Didn't do a whole lot yesterday. With the breeze it was pretty chilly for us.
Made a fuel run. That was about two hundred bucks. Filled the truck and 8 5 gallon cans of gas and diesel. Got them home and put Stabil in each of the gas cans. Should be good for a while.
Spent some time checking out deals for Cyber Mon. All told for Black Friday and Cyber Monday I'm in for about a hundred bucks. They don't do it like they used to.
Did a few things in the house that I have been putting off and watched TV with the wife til it was pillow time.
Nothing special on the agenda today. Maybe try and warm the garage enough to get some paint on the floor pan of the buggy. Remains to be see though.

Wow, you have utilized every inch of space in that garage

and then some...
have learned to keep left side open for car door but otherwise slide in with inches to spare.
am pretty careful about what sticks out.
an old friend joked I should back in.

but this morning if this storm starts off as ice, will be glad car is sitting in that tiny garage.
reminds me I need to bring a bucket of ice melt in to house.

snow hasn't come into Bucks Co yet but soon.
Trash company cancelled out this morning, since forecast was for ice and snow.
local schools still open

trying to remember but i think growing up if the snow was less than four inches, chains went on busses and life went on.
always a concern for storms coming in after the kids got to school, when to bring them home.
not saying we had winters like Bill and Arly but we had plenty of big snows.
last two years I have not had to use my snowblower.
pretty sure this will be the year

I grew up in N Ohio. I don't remember having many snow days. Not like NC. When I first moved here they were closing the whole state based on a 1" forecast. Amazed me!
