good morning, colder 25 going to mid 30's today with wind gusts to 35 MPH

Walking Cody he loves the cold weather and still doing his happy dance at 9 years old

The first walk was too cold with blue jeans so brought out the insulated bib coveralls. Much better
5K steps so far will do more later. Some effort involved walking uphill being hit with wind gusts

Plan to make a run to the post office and who knows what else today

Well Morning/afternoon;
It is a blustery 31-33F so far today. Had to go up to Glens Falls Hospital this morning early for the second half of a nuclear stress test.
Getting some lake effect snow bands blowing through.
When I left at 7AM this morning it was just a scattering of snow flakes at the house, traveling I ran into a couple of bands of the lake effect, enough to turn the road white.
When I came out the grass and bushes were white but the parking lot was just wet. A couple of miles down the road, the plow trucks and salters had been out and burning up taxpayer dollars. Of course the tow truck drivers were making out like bandits from the idiots that won't slow down and insist on trying to refute the laws of physics in regards to the effect of wet white stuff on the coefficient of friction.
Of course those same idiots will blame the roads and the highway departments for not giving them summer time driving conditions.

Enough of that time for some leftovers and then down to do a bit of wiring on my zone valves.

Good morning, the low is 21 and going up to 27°F. Wind WNW 17 gusting to 25 mph. 60% chance of flurries is what the forecast says, but I am here to tell you it is snowing fairly heavy out there.

I WILL be plowing today, no doubt about it. So far there is 10" on the deck railing. After plowing there will be a town run.
We only have about 1/3 of the normal garbage for the dump and I don't feel like risking my butt on the goat trail the township calls the 'alternate' route to the dump. The main route is dug up to replace a culvert, that should have been done in the summer.

There is my day planned out.

News said a 4.x magnitude earthquake SE of Mauna Kea.

Traffic is bad coming through town on the way to the game in Austin.
Already made 2 trips to town. 1 for food, 1 for Rx.

Hope to stay home. 45F going to 67F. windy here. No rain until tomorrow hopefully we'll get some.

Had to put some air in my tiny backup sedan tires. Both rears were around 18 PSI.

Ole Miss/Miss State FB game getting rough and rowdy.

Plowing done; 3 hours. 3 gallons of fuel. First time I've fueled up since the snow started. Third time this winter I've been out and that is the first time I've fueled up.
House tank took 100 gallons, too.
Town run was uneventful, just the way I like it.

28F snowflakes dancing in the air heavy at times.

4 days pillow hugging hibernating under blankets,Mrs. threaten to call 911 EMS least twice feeling 80% better today,whatever I caught kick my @ss.
Soon Mrs. I 2 kittens will enjoy belated turkey day.
Mrs. said last 3 morning and dusk Papa Boo would lay next to my pickup for hours...that pull some heart strings. Both kittens sure enjoy my bed time.

Plans for the evening little turkey dinner keep recliner warm watch some football until pillow time.
