I don't use bio diesel as mm HD I have only filled with a small battery powered pump.
I'm going to call dealer since it is still under warranty.

What model tractor and how is fuel tank made? My M6800 has the saddle fuel tank with float level on only one side. Going one direction around a slope I have 1/2 tank, coming back my fuel light comes on. I have been planning to put a one-way flow valve in the line at the bottom of the tank compartments.

Other than "on the road vehicles", I've never found that the fuel gauges were overly accurate. My solution - fill your tractor fuel tank after each and every use.

Under the heaviest use - I'll consume about 1.75 gallons per hour. I've never had a project that is continuously long enough to even get close to running dry on fuel. So.........the fuel gauge, accurate or not, is of little use to me.

This solves two concerns - the fuel tank is always completely full whenever I start the tractor. With a full fuel tank I've never had problems with condensation and water in the fuel.
