I wonder how many of them actually know how to use it for what it's designed for? That's a commercial grade setup dressed up to "look pretty".
I would like to have that big stovetop with 4 or 6 heavy duty burners during canning season, but mine would be flat black or whatever costs the least.

Shocking the amount of wealth there is out there.

Decades ago, a friend bought a house that came with high-end commercial appliances. One of them broke and the repair cost $5000.
