Turf tires + mud + 1 wheel drive = spinning tire, throw on some chains and it would be boring. Just a couple kids having stupid but harmless fun.
Did I miss the hilarious part ?? MikeD74T

For sale: Only 8:23 on tractor? MAybe................maybe not.
The fact these bozos took it out for a trail ride.......the abuse side.
The fact they took it out for a trail ride.....the fun factor of it. I'd love to get an old one and take it out and have fun with it. The way I look at it there's not much difference between that and digging up someone else's field......uneeded abuse is uneeded abuse. TO each his own I guess.

Basically this guy takes a lawn tractor(looks to be pieces of many tractors) out for a trail ride up and down hills in fairly sloppy conditions. Traction is marginal and he keeps swaying his body all over to gain traction. Just a couple of kids out to have fun with a tractor built up to do this(not some kids out on Dad's new Cub or anything like that).

I think The big difference is that when we plow, we are not doing anything our tractors were not designed to do. We could go out and buy a brand new tractor. Put a plow on it, and use the tractor for nothing but plowing, and we still wouldn't void our warranty's. You could even video tape us plowing, show it to the dealer, and it still wouldn't void the warranty. Try making a warranty claim with that video and see what happens.

You need to quit the plow bashing. I know I am starting to get very offended by your comments. If you don't want to put your machine through the abuse, that is your choice. But we are grown men and can make our own choices. We don't need your criticism about it.

I'm not plow bashing. I'm making an analogy. I think I said in my post about about plow days that it looked like fun. Did you read that? All in all wear and tear is wear and tear no matter from where it comes. And I'm sorry you became offended over an example. If you want to plow someone else's field for them, go ahead. I would say the same to the guys that took their tractor trail riding. If that is what they want to do with it, so be it. Like I said it looks like fun..............both of them. I'd enjoy doing either. And I think both tractors are well past the warranty stage anyway so that point is kinda moot. Sorry you can't see the analogy of differing types of wear and tear.
I'm not going to take my tractor trail riding nor plow someone else's field for them but I certainly can say..........enjoy what makes you happy which ever you may do. Me, I'll be mowing my lawn, hopefully with the same tractor for another 20 years.

For a "throw away rider", the hydro put up with quite a bit of abuse. I liked the throw your arse in it "limited slip". Reminded me of the kind of fun my older brother and I had as kids.

I enjoyed it too!

hmmm, I wonder how my BX would do? 2wd of course.
