FarmPro 2430 FEL and 3 pt. stop working after 1 hr. brushhogging.

First time post but long time forum reader. Farm Pro 2430. Two hydraulic pumps. FEL and three pt. stop working after about 1 hr.in 90 degree heat when using brushhog. Power steering (on the other pump) still works. If I let it cool down it (FEL and 3 pt) will start working again after working the FEL joy stick and 3 pt lever. FEL is a Koyker 160. Wondering if it has anything to do with the pressure relief valve? If so, where exactly is the pressure relief valve ... on the pump or the joy stick controller? Could it also be the quick connects? Any other advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
