Farmall M Live Hydraulics

I have a Farmall M with a belly pump hydraulics.....I bought a Live Hydraulic pump but the bolt holes are a little off and wont exactly fit to the tractor holes. Will this pump work with modification? I am stumped!

If the pump holes are off slightly, someone who has machining capabilities should be able to help you out.
