Price Check Fair Price for a B6100DT with 1580 hours, attachme

I recently acquired at B6100DT (4wd) that came with a finish mower and factory installed hydraulic front blade.

I have determined that, while its a great little tractor at just under 1000 lbs with 14hp, I desire something a bit heavier and in the 20-25hp range. Therefore I have offered it for sale at $5000.00.

I am the 2nd owner and know the original owner. Yearly maintenance by the dealer. No major problems or repairs. Runs strong.

Am I on target or out of line at this asking price?

I sold a 1994 B7100 with FEL and 4' bush hog, 1,056 hours, for $5,500 about 3 months ago. It was in excellent condition.

Without the FEL I don't know if you can get as much as you are asking for it. The FEL is a big deal on a used tractor. The hydraulic blade will help but not nearly as much as an FEL would.

I am in East Texas so your pricing may vary from mine.

I looked at a B6100E (2WD) with a finish mower before I bought my tractor. It was in great shape and the guy was asking $3500. I was willing to give him $2500 but he didn't want to go for it. Now, 6 months later, he still has the tractor. I would "guess" that it could sell for around $3500 since it has the front blade and is 4WD.... considering it's in good condition.

I got an exceptional deal on mine, but, I bought a '99 B7300 4WD, HST, FEL, Boxblade, 299 hrs, great condition for $4800. There is no dought it was worth considerably more.

I have a B6100D with a Woods 48" belly mower that I bought last fall. It's in great mechanical condition, looks fair. It also had a new battery and tires. I paid $2200.

I've seen some go higher and some lower.

I just sold my B6100E on ebay last week. It closed for $2,000. Included were a 4' finishing mower and a Kubota brand C-tine cultivator. It was a 2WD tractor with no hour meter. Decent condition.
