My neighbor built one using a Chevrolet truck from about the fifties , had tractor rearend with tall tractor tires on the rear, manure spreader mounted on it, that was before hardly anyone around here owned a tractor with a cab, he used it to haul manure about 3 miles during winter. He died about a year ago and was very near 100 years old. He was a real do it yourselfer that built all kinds of interesting stuff .
Think I’m going to try contacting some friends and family to find out where the thing is now or if anyone has any pictures of it.

Around here, lots of farmers are using converted Suzuki Samurai's as spray and drop fertilizer rigs. Very frugal to operate and with the proper modifications they can go about anywhere.

Here are a couple pictures of my former neighbors home made tractor, his son-in-law owns it now and takes it to tractor shows. The man was a very creative do it yourself kind of guy and built all kinds of cool stuff.
