Hi all,

I say "Dumb Question" because my recently-purchased Kubuta B3000 is 4.5 hours away, for the immediate future, and the nearest stealership (not calling ALL dealerships this moniker, just the locals) is not close.

I've recently (paid for, but not received--which was my choice, as I need to make room for inside storage) a 2012 Kubota B3000--loaded.

But I'd like to get "Slow Moving Vehicle" (triangle) signs, BOTH for the BH77 and for the Tractor itself, in case "My Hoe" is off, as I hope it will be, a lot.

So...are there standard mounting brackets, from Kubtoa, for these two locations?
If so, Part Numbers (and PICS) would be MOST appreciated. (I don't relish ordering the Seller to do work that I haven't previously seen how it's SUPPOSED to look, you know? And I'm long-distance to the tractor. The upside is, I feel the Seller knows more about CUTS than the average Kubota dealer does.

Or do the signs "stick on," and htat's it.

Thanks much,

All smv signs I've seen have standardized mounting brackets. You can normally get smv signs at most farm supply stores.

Slow moving vehicle signs (and mounting brackets) are generic -- you don't have to depend on Kubota parts. If there is not a mounting bracket already on the backhoe, you could obtain one from any number of sources (e.g., Smv Emblems.)

Thank you, one and all, for the advice, links, and general info.

Now I know it's one less thing I need burden the seller with, pre-delivery, and I can do it "My Way," whenever I figure out what that its---which is probably best done after living iwth the tractor a while.

Thanks again!

My B2920 has a factory bracket on the back of the seat for mounting the sign. The B3000 you are getting might have it too. I attached the best picture I have of mine.

McREBEL,

Yes--I can definitely see it--especially when I blow the pic up--you must have a pretty decent camera--thank you!

I'll go back over the photos I have, and see if I see anything similar, before I bother the Seller (who is storing the tractor, temporarily, for me) about it.

Much appreciated.

Nice Carry-all, btw. Did you build it?

I screwed a SMV sign to a piece of plywood and then used some bailing wire to attach it to various equipment that I hauled around rural roads.
